This photo was taken when I was with Top Business Machine Co. Ltd. around year 199x, can't recall exactly.
Back then Top Biz was the distributor of PROGRESS Software.
Photo was taken by a professional photographer sent by PROGRESS directly from The State. The photo was then included in the annual report of PROGRESS, as part of a success story covered in that report.
